Short‑term mission trips offer many reasons to go, but the impact is always the same: your life will be changed. Stepping into another culture, serving Jesus outside your comfort zone, and taking time away from everyday routines creates space to hear God’s voice in fresh ways.
Our trips are built around true partnership. You’ll serve alongside faithful local ministries, offering encouragement, practical help, and support that strengthens the work they do every day. Along the way, you may discover gifts you didn’t know you had and gain new clarity about where God is leading you when you return home.
Our trips are designed for all ages and stages of life—families, young adults, empty nesters, and retirees. There is a meaningful place for everyone to serve, grow, and make a difference

Belize is a small, vibrant country in Central America just south of Mexico, and it has held a special place in our hearts since our first trip in 2017. Each January, we take a 10‑day trip to partner with Trades4Life, a ministry based in Belmopan, the nation’s capital.
Our work in Belize centers on supporting the Trades4Life campus, a training school located right in the middle of the Belizean jungle. The school is constantly growing and always in need of practical help. Teams of all ages jump into projects such as cleaning, painting, campus maintenance, and a variety of construction tasks—whatever is most helpful to the ministry at the time.
Every trip is built around one goal: to strengthen the work that Trades4Life does every day. When you serve with us, you’re not just completing projects—you’re encouraging leaders, investing in students, and helping a ministry thrive in the place God has planted it.

Mexico is one of our newest ministry destinations, with our first team traveling there in 2025. Each October, we take a 8‑day trip to Rosarito, located on the Baja Peninsula just south of Tijuana. This trip is closely connected to our Backpacks for Mexico outreach, allowing our team to see firsthand the impact of the backpacks collected throughout the year.
During the trip, you’ll join a local outreach event where we help distribute some of the backpacks Phil and MeLinda bring down. It’s a powerful moment—meeting the children and families who receive them and partnering with the local churches and missionaries who serve the community year‑round.
Work projects vary based on the needs of the ministries we support. Teams of all ages come ready to help however they’re needed. Last year, our team helped upgrade electrical systems and install new windows at a local orphanage—practical improvements that made a real difference for the children who live there
