Eric and Michele took their first mission trip to Belize in 2017, and it changed everything. When they returned home, they sensed God stirring their hearts to bring others back with them. What began as organizing a few trips soon grew into Elevate Ministry. Their passion is to give people the chance to experience serving Jesus in a fresh, hands‑on way while coming alongside faithful local ministries already doing Kingdom work.

We are two lives that God has joined together into one purpose: to serve Him and expand His Kingdom. Our journey has been marked by God’s grace, mercy, and love, filling our hearts with joy and hope. Every step we have taken has been guided by His faithfulness, reminding us that when He brings paths together, He also prepares a greater purpose.
Gonzalo has served as a full-time missionary in Guatemala for six years, dedicating his life to walking alongside communities, sharing hope, and speaking about God’s love, forgiveness, and grace. His calling has been to stand with people in their daily struggles, reminding them that they are never alone and that restoration is always possible.
Kiley answered God’s call in 2023 by joining an eleven-month mission journey with World Race, visiting several countries around the world. One of those countries was Guatemala, where God began writing a new chapter in their story. It was there that she met Gonzalo, and a sincere friendship began — one rooted in faith and service. After completing her mission trip, she returned to her home country to continue her life and begin a professional career, not yet realizing that God still had greater plans ahead.
Over time, that friendship grew stronger, built through prayer, trust, and a shared purpose. What began as companionship in ministry turned into love, and together they decided to take the step of building a family and walking forward in marriage.
Today, Kiley has once again responded to God’s calling and will begin serving in full-time ministry in Guatemala alongside Gonzalo. Together they will serve through the ministry One Way Community, bringing hope to communities and sharing God’s love, forgiveness, mercy, and grace with every person they meet along the way. Kiley will also be teaching at the Antigua Christian Academy during the school year.
We firmly believe that the Gospel transforms lives, restores hearts, and brings true hope. However, this mission is not one we walk alone.
